In this appointment, we will build on what you accomplished in your previous session(s) and continue to work toward the goals on your treatment plan.

Decompression session

You’ll love this calming session of craniosacral therapy and gentle myofascial release that will help you unwind — both figuratively and literally!

You’ll leave not only with reduced pain and tension but also with a deeply soothed nervous system. This session takes place in my office.
